Glambot – Terms of Use and Safety Conditions

1. Use of the Glambot

The Glambot, camera, robotic equipment and any related equipment (“Equipment”) are operated and provided for the purpose of creating Glambot videos.

By participating in a Glambot video, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and with all instructions given by our staff or operators.

2. Follow Instructions

For your own safety and the safety of others, all instructions given by our staff or operators must be followed at all times.

Participants must remain in the designated area and must follow any instructions regarding positioning, movement, distance and behavior during the recording.

Failure to follow instructions may result in the participant being refused access to or removed from the Glambot experience.

3. Do Not Touch the Equipment

Participants must not touch, hold, move, push, pull, lean against or otherwise interfere with the Glambot, camera, robotic arm, cables, stands or any other Equipment.

Participants must keep a safe distance from the Equipment as instructed by our staff.

The Equipment may move automatically and may contain moving parts. Attempting to interact with or interfere with the Equipment may result in injury or damage to the Equipment.

4. Personal Responsibility

Participants take part in the Glambot experience at their own responsibility and must behave in a safe and responsible manner.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their clothing, accessories, bags or other personal belongings do not interfere with the Equipment.

We reserve the right to stop a recording or refuse participation if we believe that a participant’s behavior creates a safety risk.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from or relating to participation in the Glambot experience where such loss, damage or injury results from the participant’s failure to follow instructions, failure to comply with these Terms of Use, unsafe behavior, or unauthorized interaction with the Equipment.

We shall not be responsible for damage to personal belongings caused by a participant’s failure to keep such belongings at a safe distance from the Equipment.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Children and Minors

Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult where required by the event organizer or applicable safety rules.

The responsible adult must ensure that the child or minor follows all instructions and does not touch or interfere with the Equipment.

7. Right to Refuse Participation

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation in the Glambot experience if a participant does not follow instructions, touches or interferes with the Equipment, behaves in an unsafe manner, or otherwise creates a risk to themselves, other participants, staff or the Equipment.

8. Acceptance

By participating in the Glambot experience, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.
