We create Glambot videos on behalf of our clients and event organizers.
During an event, participants may be recorded in a Glambot video.
The videos are temporarily stored on our servers so that participants can access and download their videos through our download page.
The videos may also be used by our clients and by us for promotional, marketing and communication purposes. This may include publishing the videos on websites, social media channels, advertisements, promotional materials and other communication channels.
By participating in a Glambot video, you acknowledge and agree that the resulting video may be used for these promotional and marketing purposes by both the client who commissioned the video and by us, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Videos are stored only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and are subsequently deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with our applicable retention policy.
